Cocke County Corruption
Public Accountability Archive

WERE YOU DENIED THE RIGHT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?

If you believe your rights were violated—or you believe a complaint involving the Cocke County Sheriff's Office, Newport Police Department, District Attorney's Office, or another local public agency was refused, ignored, discouraged or delayed—you may submit your account to this independent archive.

Your Experience Can Be Documented.

Submissions may be date-recorded, organized, preserved and, where appropriate and lawful, considered for publication. This creates an independent archive; it does not itself create an official government complaint or court filing.

Important: Submitting here does not file a police report, lawsuit, criminal complaint, administrative complaint, appeal, or other official proceeding. It does not guarantee admissibility or judicial notice. Do not rely on this site to preserve a legal deadline.

What to Include

Date, location, agency, officials involved, what you tried to report, what response you received, witnesses, report/case numbers and a clear firsthand statement.

Evidence

Preserve original emails, texts, screenshots, photographs, audio, video, public-record responses and court/government documents. Never send your only copy.

Privacy

Do not email Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or unnecessary private information about minors. Sensitive submissions may require redaction before publication.

Submit Your Complaint

Complete the form below. Clicking submit opens your email application with the statement addressed to jeremyblackemail@gmail.com. Attach supporting files to that email before sending.

Email attachments: After the email window opens, attach copies of relevant evidence. Keep the originals in a safe location.
